Our Telescopic Flagpole Swivel Rings have a 360 degree swivel to prevent your flag from getting wrapped up around the flagpole. The middle ring is the double clipped ring. The top clip hooks to the bottom of your American flag, and the bottom clip hooks to the top of your secondary flag. They are available in Silver, Bronze, and Dark Bronze.
